Terms and Conditions – w333 Pakistan Online Casino Rules

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") form a legally binding agreement between you ("the Player") and w333 ("the Platform," "we," "us," "our"). By accessing or using any part of the w333 platform — whether for casino games, sports betting, live dealer tables, or any other service — you agree to be bound by these Terms in full. If you do not agree, you must not use the platform.

w333 operates as an online gaming and sports betting platform serving users in Pakistan. All services are provided in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). All transactions, balances, bets, payouts, bonuses, and cashback amounts are denominated and settled in PKR unless explicitly stated otherwise.

• You must be a natural person (not a corporation or entity) to hold a player account.
• You must not be listed on any national exclusion register or have a self-exclusion agreement in place with w333.
• You must have the legal capacity to enter into binding agreements under Pakistani law.
• You must not be acting on behalf of another person or using w333 as an agent for a third party.
• Access to w333 from jurisdictions where online gambling is prohibited by applicable law is the sole responsibility of the user. w333 makes no representation regarding the legality of its services in any specific jurisdiction other than where it is licenced to operate.

Each player may hold only one account on w333. Duplicate accounts — whether registered under the same name, mobile number, device, IP address, or payment method — are not permitted. w333 actively monitors for duplicate account creation. Where duplicate accounts are identified, both accounts may be suspended and any pending withdrawals held pending investigation.

When registering, you must provide accurate and current information including your full legal name, date of birth, valid Pakistani mobile number, and a working email address. You are responsible for keeping this information up to date. w333 accepts no liability for failed communications or delayed payments resulting from outdated contact information.

• Your username and password are personal to you. Do not share them with anyone.
• You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your w333 account credentials.
• If you suspect unauthorised access to your account, contact w333 support immediately via live chat or email.
• w333 offers two-factor authentication (2FA). Players are strongly encouraged to enable it.
• Accounts inactive for 12 consecutive months may be subject to an inactivity fee. You will be notified by email before any fee is applied.

w333 supports the following deposit and withdrawal methods for Pakistani players: Easypaisa, JazzCash, NayaPay, SadaPay, bank transfer (IBFT), and Visa/Mastercard debit cards issued by Pakistani banks. All transactions are processed in PKR. No international currencies, cryptocurrency, or unofficial payment channels are accepted.

• Deposits are credited to your w333 balance instantly for mobile wallet methods.
• w333 does not charge transaction fees on standard deposits or withdrawals. Third-party network charges from your wallet or bank remain your responsibility.
• Withdrawals submitted during system maintenance may be delayed. w333 will communicate scheduled maintenance periods in advance where possible.
• w333 reserves the right to delay or hold withdrawals pending KYC verification or investigation of irregular activity.
• Maximum single withdrawal amounts may apply by tier. VIP members may access higher withdrawal limits as part of their tier benefits.

w333 offers a range of bonuses and promotions to both new and existing players. These include welcome bonuses, deposit match bonuses, free spins, reload bonuses, cashback offers, and tournament prizes. Each promotion is governed by its own specific terms, which are published on the relevant promotion page. These general Terms apply to all promotions in addition to those specific terms.

• Bonuses are credited to a separate bonus balance and cannot be withdrawn directly — they must be converted to real money by meeting the wagering requirement.
• Different game types contribute differently toward wagering requirements. Slots typically contribute 100%. Live casino games (including baccarat) may contribute 10–20%. Check the specific bonus terms for exact contribution rates.
• Bonuses are personal and may not be transferred to another account.
• w333 reserves the right to void bonuses and associated winnings where abuse of promotional terms is detected, including creating duplicate accounts to claim multiple bonuses.
• Bonuses expire after the period stated in their specific terms. Expired bonus balances are forfeited automatically.
• w333 may modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time. Where a promotion is withdrawn mid-campaign, players who have already claimed the offer will not be affected by the withdrawal.
• VIP cashback paid under the VIP Club programme is not subject to wagering requirements and is credited directly to the real money balance.

All bets placed on w333 — whether on casino games, live dealer tables, sports, or esports — are binding once confirmed. A bet is confirmed when the platform returns a bet ID and the corresponding amount is deducted from your balance. It is your responsibility to verify bet details before confirming.

• Minimum and maximum bet limits vary by game and table. These limits are displayed in the game interface before placing a bet.
• Bets placed using bonus balance are subject to the applicable bonus wagering rules.
• In the event of a technical fault during a casino game, the outcome will be determined by the game server log. If a round cannot be completed due to a server error, the bet is voided and the stake returned.
• For sports and esports markets: if a match is cancelled before it reaches a settable result, bets are voided and stakes returned. If a match is abandoned mid-event with a clear result already in place (e.g. one team has won a map series), settlement may proceed based on what has been completed.
• w333 reserves the right to void any bet placed at odds that were clearly erroneous due to a system or data error. Players who knowingly exploit pricing errors will have bets voided and accounts reviewed.
• w333 operates under a "palpable error" clause: where odds are manifestly incorrect (e.g., 100:1 on a 50/50 outcome), bets placed at those odds may be voided regardless of outcome.
• Live in-play bets are accepted up to the point the market is suspended. Any bets accepted after a market is suspended in error will be voided.

The w333 VIP Club has five tiers: Bronze, Silver, Gold, Platinum, and Diamond. Players accumulate VIP points through real-money wagers across all games. Points are credited based on game type: slots earn 1 point per Rs 100 wagered; other games earn at lower rates as published in the VIP Club section. Bonus balance wagers do not earn VIP points.

• Weekly cashback is calculated on net losses during the Monday–Sunday period and credited the following Monday. Cashback rates: Bronze 5%, Silver 8%, Gold 12%, Platinum 18%, Diamond 25%.
• VIP cashback is credited to the real money balance with no wagering requirement.
• VIP tier status is re-evaluated monthly. Failure to maintain the minimum activity level for a tier may result in demotion to the tier below.
• VIP points have no cash value and cannot be transferred, sold, or redeemed directly.
• Gold tier and above members gain access to VIP-exclusive baccarat and poker rooms with higher limits and reduced commissions.
• w333 reserves the right to amend VIP tier thresholds, cashback rates, and tier benefits at any time with 30 days' notice to affected members.

The w333 refer-a-friend programme allows registered players to earn referral income by inviting others to join. Each registered player receives a unique referral link. Commissions and bonus credits are issued based on the referred player's qualifying activity as described in the Refer-a-Friend programme page.

• The referred player must register using the unique link, make a qualifying first deposit, and meet the minimum activity threshold for the referral bonus to be credited.
• Self-referral — creating a second account to refer yourself — is prohibited and will result in both accounts being suspended and all bonuses forfeited.
• Referral commissions are credited in PKR and are not subject to wagering requirements unless otherwise stated.
• w333 reserves the right to reverse referral commissions if the referred player's account is later found to be fraudulent or if the referral was obtained through prohibited means including spam, misrepresentation, or mass messaging.
• The refer-a-friend programme terms may be updated at any time. Updates apply to future referrals, not retroactively to existing confirmed referrals.

• Self-exclusion on w333 is a formal commitment. During a self-exclusion period, your account cannot be accessed, deposits cannot be made, and promotional communications will be halted immediately.
• Players under self-exclusion who attempt to re-register will have new accounts closed on identification.

• Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or pricing errors knowingly.

• Using fraudulent, stolen, or unauthorised payment credentials.
• Money laundering — using w333 to process or conceal funds obtained through illegal activity.
• Providing false identity or age information during registration or verification.
• Any form of cheating, including marking cards in live dealer games or interfering with game data.
• Placing bets on behalf of other persons, including professional betting syndicate activity.

w333 collects and processes personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is available at /privacy-policy. By registering, you consent to the collection and use of your data as described in that policy. Key points are summarised below, but the full Privacy Policy governs.

• w333 collects personal information including name, CNIC, mobile number, email, device data, IP address, and transaction history.
• Your data is used to operate your account, process transactions, verify identity, prevent fraud, comply with legal obligations, and improve the platform.
• w333 does not sell your personal data to third parties for marketing purposes.
• Data may be shared with payment processors and identity verification services strictly as necessary to fulfil the services you have requested.
• You have the right to request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data. Contact support@w333.im for data requests.

w333 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently terminate any account at its discretion where there is reasonable grounds to believe that a player has violated these Terms, provided false information, engaged in fraudulent activity, or where termination is required by applicable law or regulation.

• Where an account is suspended pending investigation, the balance will be held securely. If the investigation clears the account, the balance will be returned in full.
• Where an account is terminated due to rule violations, w333 may withhold part or all of the balance at its discretion depending on the nature of the breach.
• Players may close their own account at any time by contacting support. Any real money balance remaining at closure will be returned via the original payment method minus any applicable fees.
• Bonus balance is forfeited upon account closure unless wagering requirements have already been fully met.
• Closed accounts may not be reopened unless w333 is satisfied that the reason for closure has been resolved.

w333 provides its services on an "as available" basis and makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding uninterrupted access, error-free operation, or suitability for any particular purpose. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, w333's liability to any player is limited to the amount of the player's account balance at the time the dispute arises.

• w333 is not liable for losses resulting from internet connectivity issues on your end, device failure, or third-party service outages outside our control.
• Game outcomes determined by certified RNG systems are final and not subject to reversal on the basis of a player's expectation of a different result.
• For disputes regarding bet settlement: submit a dispute within 7 days of the event settling. Disputes submitted after this period will not be accepted. Email support@w333.im with your account details and the bet reference number.
• w333 will respond to disputes within 5 business days. Our decision, based on server records and game logs, is final.
• These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in the applicable territory.

w333 reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, registered players will be notified by email and/or by a notice displayed on the platform at least 7 days before the changes take effect.

• Continued use of the w333 platform after the effective date of any amendments constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
• If you do not agree with any updated Terms, you should close your account before the changes take effect. Your balance will be returned via your registered payment method.
• Minor amendments — such as corrections to typographical errors or clarifications that do not materially affect your rights — may be made without prior notice.
• The date of the most recent update is displayed at the top of this page. We recommend reviewing these Terms periodically.
